BECHEM Form E 2100 E is a non-water-miscible fluid that has been specially developed for the production of aluminum slugs in the metal packaging industry. It is suitable for punching aluminum alloys of different composition and material hardness up to a material thickness of 11 mm. Thanks to its excellent cooling effect, BECHEM Form E 2100 E guarantees constant precision even at high stroke rates. The modern, synthetic formulation is suitable for tool designs with a very narrow cutting gap. It guarantees long tool life, a high proportion of smooth cutting and burr-free cutting surfaces. During subsequent thermal degreasing, BECHEM Form E 2100 E evaporates completely and leaves parts absolutely spotless.
